In collaboration with Deloitte and the Royal Commission for Makkah City and the Holy Sites, we developed a strategic roadmap to unlock the year-round potential of sacred sites in Makkah. Our scope included economic sector alignment, strategic visioning, and visitor journey design resulting in a comprehensive outlook on the future of the holy sites.
